MEMBER INFORMATION

Members are entitled to a maximum of $800.00 per calendar year for approved reimbursements. A reimbursement form should be filled out completely and sent back to the Mineola Exempts with proper paperwork showing all information necessary to approve the request. Any member who is disabled or indigent can request help from the Exempts by filling out a Reimbursement Package. Anyone who is going to do this should consult an executive board member for further assistance.

As a reminder, our Exempts Member Meetings are quarterly on the 4th Monday of the following months:

Meeting Months on the 4th Monday:
- January
- April
- July - Annual Clam Bake
- October

All notices of time and place of meetings and other important notices are sent via PostCalls to member cell phones. Please make sure the secretary has your current cell phone number so you can receive all notifiications from the Exempts. There are no longer any meeting notices sent via mail.
